> Standard delivery on all orders to the UK is £3.95 (Parcelforce 48hr).

If an order cannot be fulfilled in one package, for example, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then Seen Ltd may need to delay all the order, or send part of the order immediately, and then send the other part of the order when stock becomes available. If this happens, you will be notified by email of the delay in order despatch.
In the event of an order being sent in more than one despatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.
All orders received before 12pm will usually be packaged and posted the same day. SeenLtd.com will strive to deliver UK based orders within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Returns
You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 7 working days from the date of your order.
How do I return an item I ordered online?
If you wish to return an item, please return it, in it's original package to the following address:

Please leave a note attached to the package describing why you have returned it, and the order number of the package.
When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed.
We will endevour in all circumstances to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods.
7 Day 'Cooling-Off' Period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
